<p>When you hear the two words, Honda and Civic, you don&#8217;t first think of it as a fun to drive, sporty car.  But this 1993 Honda Civic has been very tastefuly modified by its owner, to give you great driving pleasure, and it rather does look good too.  The factory 1.6L 4 cylinder engine has been replaced with a B18C JDM 1.8L 4 cylinder engine.  This little meister of a motor inhales through a Skunk2 Intake manifold, Skunk2 68mm Throttle Body and a PasswordJDM intake, while it exhales through a Yonaka 4-1 Header,  Yonaka 2.25&#8243; cat back exhaust.</p>

<p>The motor is cooled by a Yonaka Aluminum Half Rad with a slim fan.  The little boy on Matrix might have said that &#8220;There is no spoon&#8221;, but that is not the case with this car.  The front bumper is finished off with a very tasteful Spoon lip spoiler, and the interior you can spot a Spoon shift knob.</p>

<p>To help with the handling of the vehicle, the factory springs and shocks were replaced with a set of Yonaka Coilovers.  Other suspension modifications include Skunk2 Camber Kit, Skunk2 Rear Lower Control Arms, ASR Subframe Brace, ASR 24mm Rear Sway Bar, Benon Industries Rear Lower Tie Bar, PasswordJDM Front and Rear strut tower bars.  To tighten up the suspension even further, the stock bushings have been replaced with Energy Suspension bushings.</p>

<p>The 15&#215;8 inch 949 Racing Wheels have been wrapped in 205/50/15 Yokohama Neova AD08 tires.  Behind the sexy shoes of this vehicle hides the Hawk HP+ Pads and Brembo rotors.</p>
<p>The real party piece of this vehicle is the interior.  Functionality meets form.  The Status Racing Ring GT carbon kevlar seats hold you in place while you throw the vehicle around the corners.  Nardi Deep Corn Steering Wheel is mated on with an NRG Quick Release Hub, while the Spoon Sports shift knob has been raised up by a Circuit Hero Shifter Extender.</p>

<p>Master welder and fabricator Paul Barber&#8217;s contribution to this car has been enormous.  Unlike other fabricators who can just do a very nice bead when welding, Paul&#8217;s creativity and knowledge takes everything he builds up to another level, and I am sure you can see that when you look at the photographs of this car as you read along.  With a ground up build like this, you will have little glitches to work out and Paul&#8217;s expertise in suspension setup and ability to diagnose problems and fix it with absolute perfection has made the dream of this very special vehicle come to reality.</p>
<p>The 383 cubic inch small block Ford has been treated to a Scat billet crank, Oliver billet rods and J&amp;E billet pistons with a compression ratio of 8.5:1.  The air is forced into the engine with the help of a massive Precision Turbo GT47 turbo.  It also features a Turbosmart Progate 48 wastegate and a Tial 50mm BOV  </p>

<p> The pavement punishing power is delivered to the ground through a Transmission Specialties Proline 5000 Glide transmission, Strange custom driveshaft, 8.8 rear diff with Moser axles, Spool and 3.55 gears.  Chris Alston Ladderbar setup with coilovers, UPR Pro Series k-member and coilover conversion with lakewood 70/30 struts,  and a fat set of Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials in the rear helps with the power delivery.   </p>

<p>This Skyline R32 GT-R N1, has an R34 GT-R conversion. The Skyline GT-R &#8216;N1&#8242; model, introduced on July 19, 1991, was designed for home-market N1 racing with a total of 228 units produced. The most notable change was in the engine, which was upgraded to the R32-N1 specification. The car was also lightened by the removal of the ABS, air conditioning, sound system, rear wiper, trunk carpet, and the use of light-weight headlights. No color options were available and all &#8216;N1&#8242; cars were delivered with a thin layer of Crystal White paint. The result was a 30kg weight savings for a curb weight of 1,400kg.</p>

<p>Don&#8217;t be fooled by the stock looks of this Ford Mustang GT.  The Paxton Novi 2000 Supercharged engine of this car, sprints it through the quarter mile (402m) in only 10.3 seconds at a 133mph, at only 15psi.  The air is cooled through the Paxton Air-To-Air intercooler.</p>
<p>The 4.6L SOHC Modular Ford engine has been treated to Coated Diamond Pistons, Manley H-Beam Rods, Siemens 60lb. Injectors, C&amp;L Plenum, BBK Throttle Body, SCT 2600 Big Air MAF, Snow Performance Stage 2 Boost Cooler (Meth Injection), Moroso Oil Pan (7 qt.), 2003 Ford Mustang Cobra Crank, ARP Main and Head Studs, High Performance Oil Pump with Billet Gears, New Chains and Guides, Crower Stage 2 Blower Cams, Heavy Duty Valve Springs, SCT Flip Chip and many more goodies.</p>
<p>The power is delivered to the rear wheels via a Dynamic Racing Mighty Mite C4 Transmission, Custom 46&#8243; Long 4&#8243; dia. Steel Driveshaft, Moser Engineering M9 Fabricated 9&#8243; Rear End, Moser Engineering 35 Spline Axles, Moser Engineering Full Spool, and Moser Engineering 3.73 Gears.</p>

<p>The second generation Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder maintained the market focus of the first generation car, but had a major update in styling and had different engines between trim levels. New to the line was a convertible model, the Spyder, introduced in 1996. The convertible was available in two trims: the GS and the GS-T. The first is powered by the non-turbo 4G64 engine, and the latter by the turbo 4G63 found in the GS-T (turbo) and GSX (all-wheel-drive) hardtop models. There was no convertible model powered by the Chrysler 420a.</p>
